"I just wanted you to know that I have really enjoyed the last 8 weeks and I have learnt so much about nutrition and how to replenish my body in a healthy, more sustainable way. I've been introduced to new foods and spices, learnt about nutrition, understand sleep better and I have even started a herb garden .... and I hate gardening! Overall the program has made me think about what I consume and how it impacts my health - Thanks Chelsea.
