Almond and Coconut Bread



  • 1.5 cups of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • 1 tbs apple cider vinegar


How to

  • Preheat oven 180˚C
  • Mix together all dry ingredients
  • Pour wet ingredients into the mixture and combine well
  • Let mixture sit for 5 minutes to absorb all of the liquid
  • Cook for 30 minutes (test by inserting a clean knife into bread, if it removes clean then it is cooked.
  • Set aside to cool

Serve with your favourite spread: avo, coconut butter, or plain butter
